Kia Optima System Off - mautic

Webjun 14, 2021 · i turned off the car and tried to start it again and i got the hybrid system warning safely stop and do not drive.
The mechanic told me that the dtc is p0123300 kia optima.

I can fully drive the car and it shows me the average milage and stuff but when i go to the screen that would show how fast.
I cleared the codes which was an engine failed to.
