Rail blade good for pve?

You prolly dont need reinforce, so just get exo and thats it considering you already have flame wisp and graceful, id just max out heavy and put the extra points in.

Im thinking of making a preferably flamecharm (cuz of the crit) raiblade.

Yo i just got a 2 star railblade from some guy in erisia and i was wondering if someone could make me a build for pvp with a railblade.
