2019 Freightliner Cascadia Starter Blocked Shift To Neutral

After playing with the shifter mode button i was able to get it to register it.

After a few seconds they both go away.

Starter blocked message won’t turn.

Turn the main master switch off (on the floor near the drivers seat) and wait 30 seconds or so.
