2005 Trailblazer Crank No Start - mautic

No back up lights gas gauge say it is empty and shift indicator does not light up.

Can't not talk to pcm.
If you can't get a code reader to get the fault code.
Watch for any activity from the security light.
All the fuses have been checked many times and replace ignition switch.
Also note if the gauge cluster.
